(DBOM) contractor to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail System. Jacobs Associates
evaluated contractor bid proposals, prepared a detailed construction schedule,
met with the proposers, developed BAFO requirements, reviewed technical
requirements, and provided input to the New Jersey Transit officials as
part of a best-value procurement.
