Caldwell Wine Cave 00This project includes construction of an approximately 10,500-square-foot tunnel for wine storage and to entertain guests of the winery. The cave ranges from 13.5 feet wide and tall with the opening enlarged to approximately 16 feet by 16 feet within the deeper part of the cave. The cave has a modified horseshoe shape (e.g., straight sides with an arched roof) and two portals.
