Schug Winery Wine Cave Addition

00Jacobs Associates was retained to design a wine storage addition to an existing wine cave. The project involved construction of a 100-foot-long tunnel to the existing wine cave to serve as additional wine storage. The new cave is 12 feet wide and 10 feet high. The connection to the existing cave is 6 feet wide by 9 feet high. The new cave was designed to be more moisture resistant and have a lower ambient humidity.
