00Jacobs Associates has provided multiple
services during the planning, design and construction of NEIS, which
is part of a program to provide relief and redundancy for the 80-year
old North Outfall Sewer (NOS). As tunneling specialist prime consultant,
Jacobs Associates led a team of 25 subconsultants that provided both
preliminary and final design for the NEIS project. Jacobs Associates
has also provided both construction management and engineering services
during construction as part of the integrated team of consultants led
by the City’s own CM personnel. In addition, Jacobs Associates provided
CM services as a subconsultant on an associated project known as the
East Central Interceptor (ECIS). |
