00During construction, Jacobs Associates provided engineering services, including the design of the soldier and sheet pile cofferdam and grout curtain. The cofferdam was constructed in dry conditions during a short drawdown of the reservoir. A 100-foot deep grout curtain was also installed prior to beginning construction of the new outlet tower.
