00Jacobs Associates led the team that provided Independent Project Peer Review (IPPR) and construction management services for the Hollywood Water Quality Improvement Project (HWQIP). The project consists of a one-mile long, 10.5-foot diameter, steel-lined water supply tunnel; a 1,200-foot utility tunnel; two buried 30 million gallon pre-stressed concrete water storage tanks; and one million cubic yards of mass excavation that was placed in fill sites adjacent to the tanks in the urban environment of the Hollywood Hills.
