As energy costs continue to rise, the need for improvements in energy generation efficiency becomes increasingly critical. Hydropower is just one of many ways to provide clean and renewable energy alternatives. Since our first hydropower project in 1954, Jacobs Associates has partnered with clients on headrace, tailrace, and conveyance hydropower tunnels; low-impact inlets and outlets; shafts; and powerhouse caverns. Our full range of services includes asset management, tunnel design and rehabilitation, hydraulic and reliability improvements, and construction management.
