Jacobs Associates offers design, construction management, and consulting services for small-diameter tunnels and trenchless technologies. Our experience ranges from microtunneling and pipe jacking to horizontal directional drilling, pipe reaming and pipe bursting techniques. Services range from the production of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for engineers, public utilities, and private sector owners, to the design of excavation support systems for contractors. Much of our trenchless technology consulting is performed as specialist design and construction management to supplement other general civil engineering firms’ services.
